Over the next few days I'll be posting some players I believe will control the Sunflower League this season. We will also have a few fan polls to get the season started.

Strauss could be the most hyped quarterback the sunflower league has seen in a few years. Strauss isn't just a talented quarterback as he has incredible vision to run with it as well. Also look for him to make a few plays this season as a corner back for the Lions.
Last season Strauss went down late with an injury, but still managed to pass for over 1,500 yards with 11 touchdowns. He also rushed for over 700 yards with another 11 touchdowns. Lawrence will simply go as far as Strauss takes them this season. Will he match the hype and take Lawrence back to the king of the sunflower league? Or will Lawrence not meet the hype as a whole and fall short of a deep playoff run? Only time will tell but I'm excited to find out.
